From Tampa and St. Petersburg Airports

From either airport, make your way to I-275 south (to St. Petersburg).  Continue south, through St. Petersburg to the beautiful Skyway Bridge ($1.00 toll).

After crossing the Skyway Bridge, take the first exit (#2) south on to Route 19.  Route 19 will soon join Rte 41. (You will barely notice the change in designation.)  Continue south on Route 19, through Bradenton until the road make a long, sweeping curve into Cortez Road.

Route 41 will make a sharp left turn after a few traffic lights; but you will continue west on Cortez Road SR 684 west until you cross the bridge at the Village of Cortez and the road ends. 

Turn left (south) on Rte 789 at Bradenton Beach.  Pass Coquina Beach and cross the bridge that connects to Longboat Key.  From here the drive is about four miles to Longboat Harbour. 

Continue south  - the Hilton (on your right)

Then first left after the Hilton to 4454 Gulf of Mexico Dr.

(Exeter Drive is the street sign on the left).

Directions 

Exit 210 - Fruitville Road (S.R. 780).  Westbound on Fruitville into downtown Sarasota (Cross route 301)

Fruitville ends at Tamiami Trail (Route 41). Ahead is a vacant lot that formerly held a building known as the Quay).

Turn left onto Tamiami Trail - get into right lane immediately

Right at first traffic light (follow signs to beaches) onto S.R. 789 (John Ringling Boulevard) to St. Armands Circle.

As you enter the circle, keep right and take the first exit out of the circle north to Longboat Key

After  you cross over the New Pass Causeway, LbH is six miles (9.2km) away.

Pass Avenue of the Flowers (at 5.1km—3.2 mi.,  the second traffic light; it flashes yellow after 10 PM)

The next marker is a sign that you are entering Manatee County, then on the right is The Catholic Church

The second driveway after the Church is Longboat Harbour—sign reads 4310-4450 Gulf of Mexico Dr.
