Longboat Harbour is a 300 unit residential community located on Gulf of Mexico Drive on Longboat Key, Florida. (Map) 

Each unit is situated such that everyone has a water view, either to the harbour or to Sarasota Bay. 

A most unique property, Longboat Harbour or LbH, as it often called, has an array of amenities and facilities that is far more extensive than is found in communities of this number.

LbH is a residential community, not a resort, meaning that:  Owners either live here  year-round or are in residence through the best part of the season.  Rentals, though allowed, are not encouraged.  Apartments may be rented for a period of not less than one month and not more than two times in any twelve month period, according to the Association’s policies.
